Yamo can, on request, divert calls from your main incoming number to another number of your choice.
When is this useful?
Imagine having a power outage. All of your phones and internet are offline. Simply contact us to divert your main number to your mobile and you won't miss any calls from your customers.
What numbers can be forwarded?
Any inbound number that we have set up can be redirected to another number that you have specified, this can any Australian number.
How long will the divert last?
Any diverts that are applied will remain until they are removed by our staff on request.
Can we use multiple numbers as a divert?
Yes, we can set up the divert to ring multiple external numbers at one time similar to how the phone system would currently work with your extensions. This can be a useful tool if you are expecting an increase in calls and would like to have multiple staff available during an issue where the standard VoIP phones are not available.
