Change your voicemail greeting from another extension

1. From any extension, dial *98.
2. You will hear the message "Comedia Mail. Mailbox?" Enter the extension number for the voicemail box that you wish to access.
3. If required, enter the voicemail password for the extension.
4. After any new messages are played, press 0 for mailbox options.
5. To record an unavailable message, press 1 and follow the prompts. This is the message that plays when your phone rings as usual and is unanswered.
6. To record a busy message, press 2 and follow the prompts. This is the message that is played when you are on the phone and do not have call waiting activated.

Troubleshooting

Below is a list of a few common issues and how to rectify these:

1. Invalid Password -
   
   Your voicemail password does not match our records. To resolve this, submit a ticket, quoting:
   - Your company name
   - The extension number of the mailbox that you are trying to access
   
   
2. No Voicemail error -
   
   Voicemail is not enabled for the applicable extension. To correct this issue, submit a ticket, quoting:
   - Your company name
   - The extension number of the extension that you wish to activate voicemail for
