Call Volume
If the volume is too loud or quiet on active calls, first try changing the volume from your system settings:
If this doesn't help, increase or decrease the volume in the 3CX app.
- Open the 3CX Windows/Mac app.
- Click the COG icon
to open settings - Click the Audio tab.
- Turn up or down the appropriate slider until the desired volume level is reached.
