To download an invoice or receipt, follow these steps:
1. Go to yamo.com.au and click Manage my Account in the top right of the screen.
2. Enter your email address and click Continue. You will receive a one-time password to your email address. Note: You can only use your account's primary email address as this is what is used to identify you.
3. Enter the received one-time password into the box and click Login.
4. Click Billing History.
5. Find the invoice to download and click Download.
