As Yamo utilizes Chargebee for all payments you are able to securely update your payment details using the Chargebee portal located here.
Once you have clicked on the portal link you will be prompted to enter your email address, once this has been entered you will be prompted to enter a one time password, this ensures that you have access to the email address you are trying to access as shown below, please note If you have not received the one-time password, there is a link to resend this to you.
Once you have logged into the portal you are then able to manage your payment method using the "Payment Methods" button
From this menu, you can add new payment methods or edit existing payment methods.
Using the Account information button you can see your user details such as your name, company, email and telephone number. This is where you can update any of the above-listed information.
Once you have added your details, click on update to finish updating these, and your new details will be saved.
