Through the 3CX management console, you are able to configure your company-wide office hours along with holidays all on the same screen. This is completed through the Settings -> Timezone & Office Hours Settings menu or https://yourcomanyname.3cx.com.au:5001/#/app/settings/office_hours/ as an example, replacing yourcompanyname with the name of your company to bring up your 3CX instance.
Once you have accessed the Web Console (your user details will be in your Welcome email when the extension was created) you can navigate to the office hours menu through the settings and time zone menu options.
Once you are in the Timezone & Office Hours Settings menu, you can configure the standard office hours under the office hours condition, please note that you can only have one saved condition at a time per day. If you would like to extend your hours you will need to delete the Office hours and set up a new one. Down the bottom of the page, you are also able to set up specific holidays such as Christmas and New Years, we have left an example of this screen below for you.
Adding office hours
In order to add in office hours, you will need to click the configure button under the corresponding day, once you have completed this you will then need to enter in the times and save this by clicking "ok"
Adding a Holiday
To add in a holiday you would need to select the blue + Add button, from there a window will pop up asking you to Name the holiday, enter the day or days and any recording that you would like to use, it is important to note that you can upload or schedule a recording from this page to make the process easier for you. Once you have finished, click "Ok" to save this condition.
