Did you know that you can control your desk phone or softphone using your web browser via the 3CX WebClient? This feature provides many quality-of-life improvements such as clicking a phone number to call it using your desk phone, or transferring calls received on your desk phone, all using your computer!

Controlling your phone using the WebClient

To control a separate device using the WebClient:

1. Log in to the 3CX WebClient.
2. In the top right, select the device that you want to control from the WebClient.

That's it! You can now control a separate device using the WebClient.
