Description

Depending on the brand, your handset may flash its LED light to notify you of various events. These notifications can be customised or disabled altogether.

Customising the LED notifications

To customise when the LED flashes, log in to the 3CX Management Console as an administrator and click Extensions. Select the extension to edit, and go to Phone Provisioning. Select the phone to edit and scroll down to Choose how to configure Power LED notifications.

• Both: Flash LED on voicemail and missed call.
• Voicemails only: Flash LED on voicemail only.
• Missed calls only: Flash LED on missed call only.
• No Power LED Notification: Disable this feature.
