From time to time you may need to add or remove extensions from your system. This may include direct numbers. 

Please note before removing any extension you should ensure all devices that were logged into this extension are logged out.

Removing an extension

Logging into the 3CX Management console you can permanently remove an extension by following the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Extensions sub-menu, on the left-hand side of your screen
2. Search for the extension you wish to remove. If you have a large extension list the search function can assist in finding the extension, you can use their name or the extension number.
3. Select the extension using the tickbox on the left-hand side and from there click on the delete icon on the top of the page.
4. You will be prompted to confirm, clicking ok will delete the extension.
