This article will take you through the steps to set up Sennheiser headsets.

Configuring the device

In order to use a Sennheiser device, you will first need to download the software from their website here. 

1. Using the link above download and install Sennheiser EPOS Connect (formerly HeadSetup Pro).
2. Once this has been installed, restart your computer
3. Once you have restarted your computer you should be able to use the headset with the 3CX Softphone for Windows.
4. Navigate to your 3CX Web Client and select the Sennheiser option from the Use Headset integration option. This can be found in Settings -> Personalise -> Audio/Video -> Use Headset Integration.
