Through 3CX you are able to dial your voicemail box to receive voicemails, alternatively, you can also have the voicemail sent to your email with the added bonus of having it deleted from the system if required.
Changing the voicemail options
Once you have signed into the management console, navigate to Extensions and from there select the extension you would like to change. From there click on the voicemail tab, the setting you are looking for is called Email Options where you have the following options:
If you would like to view the voicemail from your email, it may be a good option to have it removed from your mailbox to prevent following up twice on a voicemail.
