Some of our FreePBX systems include a feature called Insight, this allows you to view the history of calls, and recordings if these are enabled. Please reach out to our team if you require access to this and we can create an account for you.
Checking Call Recordings
Once you have logged into Insight, navigate to the Call Recordings menu up the top. Once you have loaded this page you can then select the date range, the agent (extension), if this was an inbound or outbound call and how many results you would like to see. From there, you can listen to or download the recordings as needed.
Checking Call Reports
You can also look at call reports, in order to do this, navigate to Call Reports and from there, select the agents you would like to report on, then in the time frame, select the dates you would like to report on. Clicking generate report will provide a report for you to view.
