This feature is not enabled by default. Please contact our support team to enable it for you.
This feature allows you to force your 3CX phone system to either IN or OUT of office hours, even if you have automatic time-based routing set up. This is useful if your staff are leaving early and you'd like your phone system to be put into "out of hours" mode prematurely.
Force IN office hours
To force your phone system to in office hours: Dial *991 from any handset, WebClient or mobile app. You will hear:
"3CX phone system is now set to IN office hours".
Force OUT of office hours
To force your phone system to out of office hours: Dial *992 from any handset, WebClient or mobile app. You will hear:
"3CX phone system is now set to OUT of office hours".
Return DEFAULT automated office hours
To return your phone system to normal automatic office hours: Dial *99 from any handset, WebClient or mobile app. You will hear:
"3CX phone system is now using the default office hours".
