How to Record a Custom Voicemail in 3CX Version 18

WebClient and Windows Desktop App

1. Select the ellipsis and click Settings.
   
2. Choose the Greetings Tab and hit the Record Greeting button.
   
3. Start the recording by filling in the Audio File Name first, and click OK. 3CX will automatically call your extension to record the greeting, kindly follow the instruction you hear from the system.
   
   
   
   
4. Once done, you will be able to see the name of the audio on the drop-down menus presented based on the user status. Kindly select the audio file and it will automatically save the config.
