There may be a few reasons to uninstall the 3CX app. This guide will take you through the process of uninstalling the app if required.

Steps

Windows

1. Click on your Start icon and search for "Control Panel"
2. Click on View by and click Large icons. This step is optional but should show the same screen as below.
   
3. Select Programs and Features, and from here find the 3CX Desktop App, right click and click uninstall
4. When prompted if you'd like to uninstall this product, select yes.
