With all phone systems, access to your main inbound voicemail is important. The below steps outline how to access the shared voicemail for Teams if you have been invited to this group.
Access via the Outlook App or Web Interface
- After being added to the group, you should receive an email similar to the below screenshot. Clicking this allows you to add the folder to your app or web.
- If you do not see the folder after joining the group, you should be able to click on new groups or view group within your app.
Access via Microsoft Teams
- After being added to the group, you should receive notification similar to the below screenshot. Clicking this allows you to see the group within Teams
